Professor Rachel Dunscombe is the CEO of openEHR International and former CEO of the NHS Digital Academy. She has led services to enable health delivery for hospitals, community services and social care both regionally and at an international level. She provided the lead AI health policy advisory for the AI council, as well as advisory services to the Secretary of State for Health in the UK. Rachel has received a visiting professorship at Imperial College, London.
